Cuando Salgamos – Mailers

I had an incredible experience mixing the song “Cuando Salgamos” with the talented band Mailers. Working during the pandemic was challenging but pushed us to be more creative. I loved how we connected with technology, sharing ideas and recordings from our homes.

 

One of my go-to tools was the Sonimus Britson console emulation, which helped bring warmth and cohesion to the mix. Automation also played a huge role, allowing me to highlight the vocals and keep the energy flowing throughout the track. The band and I communicated closely, ensuring their vision came through despite being miles apart.

 

This project was more than just a song; it was about collaboration and making a difference. We aimed to support The Red Cross and spread positivity during tough times.
